Must Haves:

Confident closer with strong phone & sales skills.
Passion for fitness and wellness.
Personal Certification.
Strong sales skills, with the ability to close and hit goals.
Natural leadership and people management ability.
Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently.
Solid computer and typing skills.
Loves to clean, organize, and maintain a professional space.
Excellent customer service skills.
Social media savvy.
Attention to detail.
Must live nearby and have reliable transportation.
Positive attitude with strong communication skills
Available evenings and weekends
KPI knowledge PLUS
PT cert and or Coaching PLUS PLUS

What You’ll Do:

Convert leads into memberships.
Conduct studio tours and VIP sessions.
Follow up with prospects and maintain pipeline.
Build relationships with members and guests.
Represent the HOTWORX brand with energy and professionalism.
Help drive studio growth and community engagement.
