HOTWORX Henderson is looking for an energetic, outgoing, creative, and results-driven individual to launch our FIRST-EVER HOTSQUAD Accountability & Events Coach

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🔥

  • Member Accountability: Motivate members, lead 90-day transformations, track progress, and celebrate results.
  • HOTSQUAD Community: Build relationships, connect workout buddies, organize challenges, and increase engagement.
  • Event Planning: Create, promote, and host monthly events, Taste It Tuesdays, monthly in studio events and HOTSQUAD Bootcamps.
  • Evolt 360: Conduct body composition scans and track member progress.
  • Social Media: Capture engaging content, testimonials, and transformations.
  • Sales & Growth: Promote HOTWORX and 1st Phorm products, generate referrals, and support membership growth.

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

Hourly pay + commission eligibility after training.
Paid training, professional development, and growth opportunities across additional HOTWORX locations.
Must be available approximately 25 hours weekly, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
